Employee Highlight: Chris Arenas, Customer Coordinator
Meet Chris, Serene Wax Boutique's very own customer coordinator. She is the sweet voice on the other side of the line when you book a waxing appointment with us. We are so glad to have her as our super star in customer service.

Where are you from? Tell us a little about yourself.
I'm originally from Mexico City but moved to Houston with my family when I was 3 years old and have stayed in Houston ever since!
What do you do at Serene now?
I am the Customer Coordinator at Serene Wax Boutique. I help with promotional events, telling all our new clients about us and what we have to offer!
What do you like most about working at Serene?
Serene Wax really stands out from any other wax boutique. I previously worked for a well-known waxing franchise and I am beyond amazed with the techniques Jessica [our esthetician] has designed.
Why do you choose to be in customer service? What do you enjoy the most?
I like customer service in this industry [waxing spas] because it's completely different than any other industry. I like the fact that people can come to us and walk out feeling beautiful and confident!
What are your hobbies? Tell us something interesting about yourself.
I have 2 German shepherds whom I LOVE to spend time with! When I'm not too busy with my pups, I enjoy volunteering at the Houston SPCA and attending charity events for dog rescues in the Houston area.
