Serene Wax will OPEN for business with reduce operation hours and remain closed on Sunday however we are implementing changes to help ensure the health and safety of the public and our staff.  We will continue to monitor County, State and Federal Government, Local Health Department, Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation (TDLR) and Center of Disease Control (CDC) recommendation daily and make adjustment as necessary.

Here is a summary of procedures adopted related to COVID-19:

• We will not be accepting any walk-ins.  Every service needs appointment made via phone call 832.767.4209 (Westheimer)/832.737.1888(Katy).

• We will only be able to perform eyebrow, Brazilian and Bikini services.

• Under the current restrictions, we are not allowed to have any client to wait in the lobby area.  Please wait in your vehicle with controlled temperature and avoid close contact with others.

• Please notify us when you are here via email at info@serenewax.com (Westheimer)/infokaty@serenewax.com (Katy) and your vehicle description phone number for text.  Or please call us at 832.767.4209 (Westheimer)/832.737.1888(Katy).  We will notify you when we are ready to service you.

• Our lobby and facilities are cleaned after each visit throughout the day as part of our normal course of business.

• Hand Sanitizers are provided when available through suppliers.  When not available, through hand washing is recommended.

• All Staffs are required to wear mask or face covering and gloves.

• All Customers are required to wear mask.

• All testers will be removed, if you have any question about the merchandise please ask our team to help.
