October is finally here! With the changing season also comes the changing of seasonal beverages. Every fall season, variations of pumpkin spice smoothies appear, but unless you know which ingredients to take out, that seasonal beverage can add up on the calories. Don’t sacrifice taste just for a healthy beverage - Here’s our recommended pumpkin spice smoothie that is 100% natural with no added sugars, no dairy, no processed ingredients or added preservatives.




These 100% natural ingredients will not only keep you healthy during the holiday season, but will also keep your skin healthy and glowing!


1 cup sugar pumpkin, peeled & cubed

1 1/4 cups coconut milk

5 medjool dates, pitted

1 heaping tsp pumpkin spice

1 capful of pure vanilla extract

1 quarter size chunk of ginger

1/2 cup ice



It’s simple! Just blend all the ingredients until creamy and smooth. Pour into a pretty glass and enjoy your healthy seasonal beverage. Cheers!
